Daily update 14th July 2020 – September

Plans for September and the risk assessment will be sent separately to parents and to staff today.  We do need parents and staff to read the information and ask any questions.  There is no question too small – we want to be as prepared as we can be for September. We have already considered every angle we can think of and compared our plans and risk assessments with guidance and other schools but there are likely to be things that you will think of that we have inadvertently missed.  As I said yesterday, the devil will be in the detail and we want to catch that sooner rather than later to put further, clear information and measures in place.

Art Competition

This week’s winner is below. Paige has incorporated cardboard to create a 3D sculpture of One Direction. Well done Paige! It is great to see that you have created a piece of work which is personal and purposeful. The final competition for this academic year is to create a piece of artwork using any medium/ material to sum up what this year has been like for you in a creative way. The deadline is Friday 17th July @ 3pm and the winner will be announced on Monday 20th July. Please send your entries to melanie.hibbs@nkacademy.co.uk

Take care everyone.

With very best wishes,
