Daily update 30th March 2020 – I hope you have had a relaxing and safe weekend.  I know it will have been a very different weekend to normal for many of you and you will have had to find alternative ways of relaxing and passing the time so we’d love to hear any creative ideas you’ve had.

We are told that further information about how qualifications will be awarded will be issued this week.  I will, of course, update you on this when I can.

We continue with our ‘new normal’ this week.  A skeleton staff will continue to provide provision in school for our small group of vulnerable children and those children of keyworkers needing to access this.  Everyone else continues to work and learn at home.  Your children will have been set work this morning for the week.  They should try to continue with a routine at home and remember that it is important to take screen and social breaks.  We are not expecting them to complete everything in a day.  If your child is struggling to meet the deadlines on Microsoft Teams, they can simply let their teacher know that they need more time.

We are still here to help, so if you have any questions or concerns, please do let us know.

With very best wishes,
