Our first three days of this academic year have been hugely successful in focusing our minds on our school’s culture and the environment that we all want to work and learn in. From the staff’s discussion on Monday of our shared vision and the vocabulary that we are going to use to communicate it, to Key Stage and College Assemblies to share that vision and a range of activities led by personal tutors on Tuesday and Wednesday related to the themes of ‘Respect’ and ‘Safe’, the community of the school has come together to start the year in the way that we mean to go on.

Our day on ThiNKRespect culminated in every tutor group agreeing and displaying a Class Charter which they have all signed up to.
