North Kesteven Academy is a vibrant and rewarding environment in which to work, whether you join us as a member of our teaching or non-teaching staff. We offer a strong academic emphasis around our motto “think excellence” together with state of the art sports and performing arts facilities.

The Academy was last graded “good” by OFSTED in 2015, a judgement predicated on strong leadership, good behaviour, good teaching and outstanding relationships. We have a strong, established Board of Directors, a talented, knowledgeable Senior Leadership Team and committed, enthusiastic and professional staff.

This Academy is committed to all aspects of child protection. We believe all children have the right to be protected from harm and abuse. The aim of these practices is to ensure as far as possible that anyone paid, or voluntary, who works in this Academy is safe to do so. It is expected that our whole community shares this commitment and the promotion of welfare of children as adopted by the relevant Authority and identified: Education Act 2002, Keeping Children Safe in Education 2015, Prevent Duty 2015. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check that will include a check against the Childrens’ Barred List.
